His experience includes environmental compliance coordination, major use permit processing, ranch and agricultural operations management, and working with local and state agencies to move projects forward efficiently.

Mike brings extensive experience in land management, project coordination, permitting support, and agricultural operations. Having worked alongside Rick for years on ranch, property, and development-related projects, Mike provides practical insight and hands-on operational experience that supports efficient project execution and client coordination.
NCPS was built on a practical understanding of rural properties, agricultural operations, and the permitting challenges that landowners and developers face throughout Northern California.
